Queen of Snows Events The Ambassadors of the St. Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation host the annual Candidate Dinner and Fashion Show to both showcase the years Candidates and to fundraise for the Ladies of the Court apparel. This years Queen of Snows Candidate Dinner will be held on Thursday, January 12th, 2012 at Southview Country Club and the Queen of Snows Fashion Show will be held on Saturday, January 21st, 2012 at the Prom Center.
